We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 6-10 years of experience to lead the development and deployment of advanced conversational AI solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI to build scalable voice and chat agents for enterprise environments, while also providing technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and optimize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX and AgentSpace.
Lead production deployment of AI agents, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.
Build and integrate machine learning workflows using Vertex AI.
Develop and automate cloud-based solutions with Python and Google Cloud Functions.
Create SQL queries and perform data analysis using BigQuery.
Monitor agent performance, analyze user interactions, and optimize conversational experiences.
Define and execute test plans, evaluation metrics, and benchmarking processes.
Mentor and lead a team of developers and AI specialists in an agile setup.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AI solutions with strategic goals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations in conversational AI.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in enterprise-scale conversational AI solution design and deployment.
Strong analytical thinking and a passion for user-centered design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
