Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with 2-5 years of experience in machine learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical modeling, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms, and will be passionate about solving real-world problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support business objectives. Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems. Conduct A/B testing and model validation to ensure performance and reliability. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations. Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines and workflows.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Ability to visualize data using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Relevant certifications in machine learning or data science are a plus.
