This role will own Data Science & Insights and creating analytics assets -which will enable Decision Science for Products Owners, Marketing and Senior Leadership. To capture the insights from the huge data that flow from RTA (e.g.CAMS), customer engagement points, digital channel and other sources To setup Data pipeline using analytics expertise, tools & technologies like Python, SQL, AWS - Big Data Architecture etc.. Use Data Science/algorithms & Machine Learning technique in accordance to the business problem Deliver analytics & Insights to cover channels, products and investors KPIs & metrics Work closely in partnership with Product and Marketing leadership Deliver high quality digital analytics Insights and recommendations for value generation by ensuring capture of all the data/sources & parameters Lead initiatives to segmentation, AB testing, clustering and recommendation to customer based on their touchpoints Track and Measure performance of various initiatives like campaigns, nudges taken by Marketing Teams and Business Application of analytics and data science to pro-actively identify segments and personalize recommendations Competencies needed for the role Proficient in handling huge data - millions of rows - which gets created with actions of users on website/app & other channels Proficient in analytics tools & languages - Python, SQL, AWS - Glue, Brew, S3, Athena, RDS, Redshift, Sage maker Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, Quicksight Machine Learning and Statistics expertise Good to have domain experience and exposure of creating insight pack for senior management
