Role Overview:

We are seeking a

skilled and analytical Data Scientist

with

2+ years of hands-on experience

in building, training, and deploying machine learning models and performing data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, statistical knowledge, and experience working with data visualization tools and Python-based data science frameworks.
Experience in

training or mentoring interns

in data science or analytics will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for analysis. Design and develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques. Analyze datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns to support business decisions. Build data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly). Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to integrate ML models into production systems. Train and guide interns or junior team members on real-world data projects. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies. Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills:

2+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst in a professional environment. Proficiency in

Python

, including libraries such as

NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

. Strong knowledge of

statistics, probability, and data modeling

concepts. Experience with

data visualization

and

dashboarding tools

(Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based tools). Familiarity with

SQL

and working with relational databases. Experience in

data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

. Understanding of

machine learning algorithms

(Regression, Classification, Clustering, etc.). Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with

deep learning

or

NLP frameworks

(Keras, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, etc.). Knowledge of

Big Data tools

like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks. Exposure to

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for data storage and ML deployment. Experience using
