Key Responsibilities:

Build basic data models and dashboards to track business performance, trends, and customer behavior Develop and implement basic machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and sales prediction Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and relationships in customer, product, and marketing data Build and validate predictive models to support pricing, inventory planning, and campaign performance Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business problems into practical solutionsPrepare regular reports and presentations for leadership with clear insights and actionable findings Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of datasets and processes

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and data handling Familiarity with machine learning techniques, data visualization tools, and basic model deployment or version control practices Willing to travel to the factory 2 weeks of the month (location- Baddi, HP) Driven and excited by systems and automation
