As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will drive reporting on the marketing campaigns for the leadership across Marketing group. You will lead optimization across the Marketing function, work with advanced tools to derive inferences from the data and generate critical insights for marketing managers.We are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's marketsWith this position we offerJoin the CAP Marketing organization, a truly global team that runs Product Marketing for CAP products, and help establish a robust marketing analytics and Reporting capability. Run reporting and MIS systems to elevate the performance outcome discussions within the organization as well as with other Nasdaq customers. Use the resources to upskill to sophisticated analytics and Machine Learning skills to craft and deploy data products to help creation and running of Marketing campaigns.Role Responsibilities -As a Senior Marketing Analyst, your focus will be developing MIS and Reporting solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. xc2xb7

• Use the MarTech platform to collect performance data for all Marketing activity. Lead attribution decisions to capture highly detailed marketing performance data. xc2xb7
• Own A/B testing strategies to optimize Landing pages, Ad assets and Campaign setup. xc2xb7
• Regularly study the campaign performance data. Identify new opportunities and areas to minimize wastage. xc2xb7
• Design PowerBI reports to help create engaging story telling decks for the user group. Strong grasp of Excel and Powerpoint to create decks.

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications) xc2xb7

• Good to have experience with ABM / B2B marketing technology like Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Adobe Experience.
• AWS Cloud Expertise would allow you to be self-sufficient and deliver quickly.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications) xc2xb7

• More than 5 years of demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment. xc2xb7 Familiarity with Marketing Funnel optimization, Marketing platforms like Google and Meta Ads.
• Hands on SQL and Python experience.
• Excellent hold on English and ability to convey story from Data. xc2xb7 Bachelor of Technology or MBA and/or expression, veteran status, genetic information or any other status protected by applicable law.
