Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. Experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to analyze complex datasets. Utilize artificial intelligence techniques to enhance data processing and predictive analytics. Apply natural language processing to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies in Medicare & Medicaid Claims data. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous data cleaning and preprocessing. Create detailed documentation of methodologies processes and findings for future reference. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis. Optimize existing models and algorithms to improve performance and scalability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and advanced techniques. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in machine learning artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Have extensive experience working with Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Show strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Possess a solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Be familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data science projects. Show the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
