Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large

volumes of data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions. Develop reusable frameworks and automation scripts for data processing and integration. Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are met across platforms. Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices for data platform components. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability issues. Document technical workflows and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills:

4-8 years of experience in data engineering, big data platforms, or backend development. Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure/

GCP/AWS).

Hands-on experience with data lake architectures, ETL/ELT tools, and orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Azure

Data Factory.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in handling large-scale data environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Qualifikationen
Bachelor's / Master's degree in [Engineering discipline - e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.]
