Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and patterns Develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes Utilize data mining and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights Design and implement data pipelines and databases to organize, store, and query data Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and business analysts to create data-driven solutions Interpret and communicate results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Develop strategies and processes to improve data quality and accuracy Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R Strong knowledge of data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) Hands-on experience in building predictive models and data pipelines 3-7 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifikationen
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field Additional certifications (if any): Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI specializations
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Domain knowledge in automotive or mobility industry Experience working on international/global projects Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
