Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in Data Exploration, Data Visualization and Storytelling. The ideal candidate possess hands on experience with SQL, Python and cloud platforms (AWS) along with familiarity with various visualization tools like Power BI, Matplotlib, Tableau.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Partners:

Execute data vision strategy and provide thought leadership to business.
Develop analytical tools and capabilities to enable data query and respond to requests.

Deliver Advanced Analytics and Models:

Apply advanced statistical techniques (especially AB testing) and machine learning models.
Research new modeling methods and experiment designs.

Data Exploration:

Ingest, cleanse, and profile large structured and unstructured datasets.
Generate consumer insights from big data.

Data Visualization and Storytelling:

Use various tools/technologies to visualize and storyline insights
Recommend strategies in technical and non-technical language.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Required

:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Proficiency in Python (2+ years) and SQL (3-4+ years).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (AWS).
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred

:
Master's degree in Data Science or related field.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Dash/Shiny frameworks, Git, Apache Airflow, and AWS SageMaker.
