Senior Data Scientist

, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI, machine learning models, and AI agents to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced

Generative AI and machine learning solutions

for healthcare data analytics. Build and optimize

AI agents

to automate clinical and operational workflows. Consolidate, process, and analyze large, diverse, and unstructured healthcare datasets. Translate data into insights that enhance

patient care, decision-making, and product features

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, clinicians, and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions. Take ownership and accountability of end-to-end model development, deployment, and performance in production. Drive innovation through

research, experimentation, and patentable AI methodologies

. Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. 5+ years of experience in

machine learning, deep learning, or Generative AI

. Proven track record of building and deploying

AI/ML models in production

. Experience with

large-scale healthcare datasets

(EHR, claims, clinical text). Proficiency in

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks

. Strong knowledge of

NLP, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks

. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare analytics, clinical decision support, or revenue cycle management. Contributions to

AI research, patents, or peer-reviewed publications

. Familiarity with

cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)

for ML deployment. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (

FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED CT

).
