Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems for real-world business use cases


Conduct applied ML research and experimentation

Read, evaluate, and implement concepts from research papers, especially in generative AI

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists

Write production-quality, object-oriented Python code
Develop, optimize, and evaluate ML/DL models across supervised and unsupervised learning domains

Required Skills-

3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist


Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and ML fundamentals

Advanced proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming

Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms

Expertise with ML/DL libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

Deep understanding of classical algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, SVM, etc.

Ability to translate research into production-ready solutions

Experience building LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred)
* Experience with Transformer architectures and large language models (preferred)
