Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Scientist with around 1 year of experience to support our AI and machine learning initiatives. The candidate will work on real-world datasets, assist in building and evaluating machine learning models, and provide actionable insights to help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data using Python. Perform exploratory data analysis and create visual insights. Build and evaluate basic machine learning models. Support AI/ML initiatives, including NLP and LLM experiments. Assist with RAG pipelines, embeddings, web scraping, or OCR as needed. Collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Deploy AI/ML models to Docker, FastAPI/Flask, or cloud platforms.

Required Skills:

Strong Python skills with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn. Understanding of machine learning and basic statistical concepts. Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying. Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch). Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and RAG concepts is a plus. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
