Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and driven

Data Scientist

to join our analytics team. You will work with diverse data sources to build models, generate insights, and solve real-world business challenges. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to discover insights and support strategic decision-making. Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms. Communicate insights and model outcomes clearly to technical and business stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and deliver actionable solutions. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Support data governance, data quality, and cloud-based data infrastructure efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles. Strong programming skills in Python or R, and experience with SQL. Proficient in machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks. Domain experience in areas like CRM analytics, financial forecasting, or supply chain optimization. Experience with version control tools such as Git.
