: Data Scientist - Generative AI

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced AI models, AI agents, and innovative projects that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions using advanced Deep Learning (DL) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Build and maintain robust data pipelines to preprocess and analyze large datasets, converting raw data into actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models (transformer architectures, embeddings, etc.) into production-ready applications. Experiment with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent AI-driven solutions. Research and apply the latest advancements in Generative AI to solve real-world challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Data Science/AI, with proven expertise in Python and SQL. Strong experience with NLP and DL frameworks (Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.). Hands-on experience with Generative AI techniques such as prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and AI agent development. Familiarity with tools/frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and deployment frameworks (Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI). Experience working with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker for building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML models. Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
