Roles and Responsibilities Scope of work:


a) Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. b) Mine and analyze data from Bank\xe2\x80\x99s databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. c) Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation and other business outcomes. d) Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets using big data. e) Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. f) The candidate should have hands on experience in R, Python etc. and other evolving technologies in data management. Any other work, in the area of expertise and in the interest of the Bank as advised by the Bank from time-to-time.


Note: Professional certifications including Certified data Scientist shall be preferred.
