We invite you to join us and be part of our growth journey. What we are looking for A domain expert in the field of omnichannel data, data platforms, and integration. You will be responsible for developing an in-house tool to facilitate a coherent customer experience. What you’ll do:
Lead our data science team members and guide them in implementing omnichannel solutions
Lead additional initiatives to integrate publicly available data into our omnichannel offering
Be the client PoC for data needs, infrastructure, and adoption and evaluation of the solution
Develop and implement innovative solutions along with coaching, guiding, and mentoring junior team members on teams
Assure compliance with all regulatory, security, and privacy requirements for client data
Craft improvements, create prototypes for new features, and demonstrate them to improve the tool
Have a Proactive and not Reactive approach to work when needed
Build, and ideate internal offerings to help the company/team grow on aspects beyond project/client work
What you’ll need to have
5 years of experience in healthcare/pharma consulting
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistics.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, AI/ML modeling (particularly with Neural Networks), prototyping and reporting. Preferred candidates with NBA (Next Best Action) experience.
Experience with pharmaceutical datasets – Patient Level Claims (IQVIA, DRG, or SHS), Sales (XPO, DDD, chargebacks, vendor data), and publications
Ability to collaborate, partner, and influence leadership and client business partners to drive analytical projects end-to-end
Excellent organization and planning skills to lead medium-sized teams and manage large and complex datasets
Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal direction.
