This position supports the ADM Mobility Analytics program by developing, testing, validating, and industrializing Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for different data-driven applications in the Mobility domain. The main goal of the ADM Mobility Analytics program is to develop ML software modules in order to improve customer performance and experience using existing and new data analytics, supported by advanced simulations and domain experts. The main purpose of this position is to support senior data scientists and DevOps/MLOps engineers to develop zero-to-hero analytics applications (‘proof of concept” to “free-for-tender”) in maintenance, operations, energy, and city flow domains and secure successful field trials with our customers. In this capacity, you will be able to work on our next generation data-driven solutions for the Mobility industry, within a lean startup environment, in collaboration with engineering & mobility experts, data engineers, DevOps/software engineers, and HMI designers/storytellers.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and big data specialists on a wide variety of data projects.
• Interface with the internal products and platforms experts, as well as external customers, in order to obtain all relevant requirements and related data sets needed to develop the ready-for-tender data-driven solutions.
• Work with the target systems in order to secure successful integration and validation of the Mobility Analytics’ modules.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and support documents to drive the deliverables based on the data science and TRL methodologies.
• Ensure team resource availability based on workload, milestones, budget, and forecast.
• Lead resources located in multiple locations world-wide towards a common deliverable.
• Communicate and influence audiences of various levels and diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct scrum and team meetings.
• Submit project work progress reports and provide necessary project inputs for the Mobility Analytics program.

Educational requirements:
Mandatory:

• 5-10 years of work experience supporting analytical and/or software DevOps projects
• Or Engineering or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field

Desirable: Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or any certification in scrum/Agile project management Experience: Mandatory:

• Experience in project management related to data science, data analytics, and/or software development.
• Experience in project / product management for industrial applications.
• Experience with leading data science/data analytics teams.
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps projects.
• Knowledge of Mobility, railway or signaling or traffic fields.
• Familiarity with data science modeling techniques or similar field.
• Basic software skills and knowledge, including at least one coding language and software release management.

Desirable:

• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or any certification in scrum/Agile project management
• Knowledge about software product design and requirement management.
• Experience with supporting customer trials.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and related implementation.
