Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to support our Territory Analytics project, which focus on optimizing account recommendations.




Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned


Hyper-care of existing V1 & V1+ ML model that already go live:


Ensure the current models stability and performance.


Troubleshoot issues and address any bugs or errors.


Perform routine maintenance and updates as needed.




V1 & V1+ Model Enhancement:


Identify areas for improvement based on reps feedback.


Incorporate new data from third-party sources to enhance existing model.


Refine and iterate on the existing model using machine learning and deep learning techniques.




New model development to support new launches:


Developed new model to support new product lauches


LLM Integration on recommendation statements:


Apply LLM techniques to refine the recommendation statements and optimize user experience.




Model deployment and documentation:


Package code and move into production


Document changes, updates, and results




Other daily activities


Provide regular updates on model performance and enhancement progress.


Attend meetings and communicate/collaborate with cross functional teams




Requirements:




Technical Skills:


5+ year industry experience in machine learning (Classification, regression, clustering, time series) and deep learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).


Experience with time series forecasting techniques (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, TFT).


Familiarity with popular LLMs and prompt engineering.


Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.


Strong proficiency in Python (or R) with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas).


Strong proficiency with SQL and data manipulation.


Familiarity with cloud platforms


Solid knowledge of software engineer best practices (version control, CI/CD, code reviews


Experience of OCR techniques




Soft Skills:


Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.


Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
