:Data Scientist, AI Solutions & Frameworks, is a highly strategic and consultative role responsible for defining the solution architecture and analytical framework to address complex client business challenges. This role moves beyond model development to focus on incorporating Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other advanced techniques into scalable, repeatable frameworks that drive commercial impact for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Problem Structuring & Framework DesignAct as a lead consultant to internal and external stakeholders, diagnosing complex business problems and translating them into a definitive, multi-stage analytical solution framework.Design and architect end-to-end AI pipelines that utilize both traditional ML and modern Gen AI components to create repeatable, high-value solution blueprints for client delivery teams.Focus on achieving measurable business outcomes by ensuring the proposed framework maximizes client value and is scalable across multiple accounts.Advanced AI Infusion & InnovationLead the integration of Generative AI (LLMs/VLMs) into solution frameworks for tasks like information retrieval, automated summarization, and content generation.Design and prototype solutions leveraging Agentic AI and orchestration tools to automate complex, multi-step business processes such as dynamic forecasting and intelligent claims processing.Drive the innovation agenda, staying current with vector database technology, prompt engineering, and the Responsible AI landscape.Pre-Sales and Thought LeadershipSupport pre-sales activities by serving as a subject matter expert, presenting sophisticated AI solution concepts to prospective clients, and shaping technical proposals.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or MBA in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.Experience: Minimum of five years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or data science role, with at least two years focused on consulting, solution architecture, or framework development.Technical Skills:Generative AI Expertise - Proven experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging LLMs, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.Programming/Architecture - Expert proficiency in Python (including advanced ML/DL libraries) and strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Data Systems - Experience with distributed computing such as PySpark or Databricks and modern data warehousing like Snowflake.Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to structure unstructured problems, highly developed communication skills for executive-level consultation, and proven success in guiding cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity with external clients.Direct experience defining solution architecture for Agentic AI workflows.Certifications in Cloud Architecture or specialized AI/ML domains.
