Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

o 6+ years of IT experience with a min of 3+ years in Data Science (AI/ML)

o Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with hands-on experience in Python and R.

o Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.

o Proficiency in Python libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.

o Expertise in R programming, particularly with tidyverse, dplyr, tidymodels, and data.table.

o Experience with relational databases and SQL.

o Ability to convert R code to Python efficiently.

o Familiarity with software engineering principles and best practices.

o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
