Role Summary
We are looking for a
Data Scientist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience
working with
large-scale datasets
to join our internal analytics team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in data wrangling, statistical modeling, and the ability to derive business insights from high-volume, high-dimensional data.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models for internal use cases.
Build data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
Visualize data and present findings using dashboards or detailed reports.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align data efforts with business goals.
Required Skills
Proficiency in
Python
(NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn) or

Strong understanding of
statistics
, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation.
Experience working with
large datasets
using
SQL
, cloud storage (AWS S3, GCP, etc.), or big data tools.
Knowledge of

techniques.
Experience with
data visualization tools
like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.
Nice to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (
AWS/GCP/Azure
) and MLOps practices.
Knowledge of NLP, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), or time series analysis.
Experience with Apache Spark or other distributed computing frameworks.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
