About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Data Collection & Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to make it suitable for analysis and modeling.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the dataset.
Building & Training Models: Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models to solve specific business problems.
Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analyses on datasets to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and guide decisions.
Feature Engineering: Work on transforming raw data into features that improve model performance and accuracy.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to present key findings and insights to teams or stakeholders.
Model Optimization & Testing: Help optimize models through techniques like hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and performance evaluation.
Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of models, workflows, and analytical processes for transparency and future reference.
Stay Updated with New Techniques: Continuously learn and apply new data science methods, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and model accuracy.
