About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling using technical expertise in deriving and uncovering patterns from underlying data and implement appropriate predictive modeling based on the business case
2. Establish and support the rhythm of business activities related to advanced analytics and its capabilities
3. Use excellent oral and written communication for findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner
4. Collaborate positively with business stakeholders to secure support and implement recommended solutions
5. Develop business segment strategies, research competition markets, identify new areas where analytics will add business values, articulate propositions and identify growth opportunities
6. Identify key issues and develop methodologies to refute them

Skills:

1. B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in computer science/information science/data science/machine learning etc.
2. At least 2 years of proven experience as a data scientist
3. Experience working with customer data and analytics, customer retention, customer segmentation and customer profiling is an advantage
4. Excellent Python coding skills and usage and understanding of predictive modeling libraries in python, Power BI, SQL for MySQL and Oracle etc.
5. Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from non-technical groups
6. Ability to work individually and meet timelines
