The Opportunity
Adobe Express Data Scientist/Web Analyst is a part of the Web & Testing Analytics team, responsible for driving deeper customer analytics and insights for the Express business on Adobe.com. The team is responsible for deeper understanding of Adobe's ability to deliver an efficient customer experience to attract, convert and retain customers. The team measures all aspects of the digital marketing strategy to ensure high conversion, retention and engagement rates on the site. The person will be an excellent data analyst and storyteller. The successful candidate will be responsible for web analytics, evaluating A/B Split and Multivariate Tests on Adobe.com website.
What you'll Do
Assess, interpret & analyse data to deliver insight and understanding of customer behaviour on Adobe.com.
Review test hypotheses, help with detailed test plans, craft success metrics, perform quality assurance, analyze test results, and prepare Test Summaries using behavioral and customer voice analytics.
Use experimental design to optimize website and marketing activities as well as new in-product initiatives.
Apply outstanding analytics tools, such as the Adobe Marketing Cloud (e.g. Target, Analytics, Ad Hoc Analysis etc.) to analyse test results and provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to aid marketing decision making
Partner with Marketing to identify key visitor segments, draft 'user stories' for the ideal customer experience for each segment
Work with other team members to integrate insights from different analyses/sources to deliver detailed analysis and recommendations to collaborators.
Work to help enhance customer experience across various touchpoints on Adobe.com
