Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience of Data Science and AI product portfolio ownership with proven track record of bringing solutions to production in B2C segment
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
Knowledge of time series modelling and signal processing
Ability to drive long-term design strategies that span multiple complex projects
Ability to deliver reproducible data driven reports to the leadership and customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Preferences:

Previous exposure to MLOps practices using Databricks, Amazon SageMaker or GCP
Experience of delivering ML-based solutions to the highly constrained environments (IoT)
Experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, ScikitLearn
Ability to write and comprehend code of one or several frameworks from list: Python, MATLAB, C, C++
PhD, MSc or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
Experience of working in distributed teams

Job Responsibilities:

Ownership and prioritization of Data Science products portfolio
Driving business value creation while maintaining exploration/exploitation balance
Ensuring priorities and goals alignment inside cross-functional teams
Promoting compliance with established DS/ML projects structure, practices and tools
Converting high level product requirements into technical stories (JIRA)
Working with engineering functional leaders and Product Development Managers to define technical stories
Developing System Requirement Documents (SRD) and/or Subsystem Requirement Documents (SSRD)
Guiding development teams daily as the scrum Technical Product Owner
