Job Title : Data Science Developer - AI/ML
Experience : 2-4 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and leverage data for solutions.

• Mine, analyze, and interpret data to optimize product development, marketing, and business strategies.

• Develop custom data models and algorithms for structured and unstructured datasets.

• Implement models and monitor performance, accuracy, and outcomes.

• Build multi-lingual generative AI applications and AI/ML pipelines.

• Develop processes and tools for monitoring and improving model performance.

Requisites:

• M.Tech or equivalent in Electronics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.

• Experience in NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI/ML application development.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and unit testing.

• Good to have: Streamlit for interactive apps, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LLM adaptation, prompt-engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and NLP model fine-tuning.

• Understanding of ranking techniques for search and retrieval.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
