Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for Professionals having 4 to 6 years of experience in Advanced Analytics.

• He/she should be passionate about Data Science/AI/ML with zeal to analyse data, build algorithms to help draw actionable insights to deliver customer delight.
• He/she would be responsible to provide data driven analytical consulting and solution, in tandem with the Business Consultants, and would be responsible to deliver the solution under the supervision of Senior Data Scientists.
• He/she would be a self-learner with a minimal guidance in solving analytically complex business problems in the areas of Marketing Analytics /Pricing Analytics /Risk Analytics /Cost-space Optimization/Network Planning/Assortment Planning & Rationalization/Demand Forecasting/ Computer Vision Techniques/ Natural language processing (NLP) and other challenging data science problems by using appropriate analytical algorithms, tools, and techniques to draw actionable insights
• He/she should be able to mentor junior or associate data scientists/interns

Required Skill Set:

• 4-6 years of hands on analytics experience in executing projects pertaining to Advanced Analytics involving advanced statistics and machine learning algorithms(Deep Learning algorithms)
• Working knowledge of Advanced Statistical Image processing/Video Processing and Classification methods
• Must have hands-on experience with data management and quantitative modeling
• Hands on experience in Advanced Analytics software like Python/Scala (must have), R (good to have)
• Proficient in SQL or similar database query language.
• Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in analytical techniques
• Ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each opportunity
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to travel on short assignments on short notice

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Postgraduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Economics/Management with specialization in Data Analytics/Data Science/Finance/Marketing/Systems or Bachelors/Master’s in engineering or Technology with strong knowledge of quantitative modelling
