Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Research
? Conduct ad hoc exploratory data analysis to identify fraud patterns and trends, with focus
on new account fraud and account takeovers
? Integrate and evaluate third-party data sources to test and enhance the efficacy of existing fraud detection solutions
? Perform retrospective analyses and back-testing to demonstrate solution value to
prospective clients
? Execute statistical studies to support product development and optimization decisions
Model Support & Validation
? Collaborate with senior data scientists to support predictive model development and
implementation
? Conduct quality assurance testing of machine learning algorithms and key data attributes
? Validate model performance and stability across different data scenarios
? Stay current on emerging data science techniques, particularly in AI/ML for fraud
detectionCommunication & Reporting
? Define and deliver analytical reports that translate complex findings into actionable
business insights
? Present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
? Support client demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives
? Document analytical methodologies and findings

Required Qualifications Education
? Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data
Science, or a related quantitative field

Experience
? 3 - 5 years in data science, analytics, or a related analytical role.
? Immediate joining preferred (within 2 weeks)
? Must hold a valid passport
? Valid B1 visa is an added advantage

Technical Skills
? Proficiency in Python
? Experience with Jupyter Notebook and statistical analysis
? Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical Skills
? Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts
? Experience with data exploration and pattern recognition
? Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Communication
? Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences Personal Attributes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
