L1 - # Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for performing advanced data analysis, programming, database management, and data visualization to drive data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making in Procurement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in statistical modeling, programming and scripting languages (Python, Java scripts), database management (data bricks, data lake), data visualization, and preferably experience with AWS/Azure solutions architecture and machine learning. Job responsibilities include but not limited to : . Perform advanced data analysis using statistical modeling techniques to extract insights and identify trends from complex datasets. . Develop and optimize scripts using Python and SQL to manipulate, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets. . Use databases for advanced analytics, particularly using Databricks, ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance. . Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations and reports using tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, and matplotlib. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. . Design and build end-to-end solutions, including proof-of-concepts (POCs), using AWS/Azure cloud platforms. . Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics, cloud technologies, and machine learning. . Assist in implementing machine learning and predictive modeling techniques to enhance data-driven insights and decision-making capabilities. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related). . Proven experience in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. . Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python and SQL. . Strong knowledge of database management, preferably with experience in Databricks. . Expertise in data visualization and reporting using tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, and matplotlib. . Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and the ability to build end-to-end solutions. . 8-10 years of experience in Business Information Security and Compliance Information Governance and Management IT Risk management Audit management. . Experience with Good Practice Quality guidelines and regulations (GxP) . University degree in business/technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience . Any one of the professional Information Security certifications (preferred), either from ISACA like CISM, CRISC, CISA and/or ISC2 like CISSP, CCSP, etc. .
