Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Researcher to join our team who will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the development and optimization of email marketing campaigns and inbound strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Conduct research to gather relevant data on target audiences, market trends, and industry benchmarks to inform email marketing and inbound strategies. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify key insights and trends from email marketing campaigns, such as audience segmentation, content effectiveness, and campaign ROI. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for email marketing campaigns and inbound initiatives. Monitor and track inbound leads generated through various channels, including email, social media, website, and content marketing efforts. Analyze inbound lead data to identify patterns, preferences, and opportunities for lead segmentation and personalized marketing strategies. Provide regular reports and analysis on email marketing and inbound performance metrics, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and marketing automation platforms Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
