We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Researcher to support our Sales team by identifying, collecting, and validating data that drives business growth. This role involves researching potential leads, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high-quality data is available for effective outreach and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Data research with a target driven approach to identify prospective clients, industries, and business opportunities with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain accurate databases of leads and contacts.
Gather information from multiple sources (websites, LinkedIn, industry reports, tools, etc.) and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with the Sales team to provide insights that support lead generation and pipeline development.
Track, clean, and update CRM data regularly to ensure quality.
Assist in preparing research-based reports, presentations, and dashboards for sales campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market changes relevant to target segments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role.
Experience in B2B IT industry is a must.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from diverse sources.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
Familiarity with sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
* Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools.
