An ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting research projects by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive organizational success. Required Skills: Minimum experience of 6 months is needed in data mining Preferred industry: IT services and consulting Applicant should be from West Bengal or nearby states like Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand Applicant must have educational background of Marketing & Sales (BBA,MBA preferably) Good understanding of organizational hierarchy structure Must have experience in data mining using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZOHO, CrunchBase etc. Should be aware of the research methods and technics Should be well versed with MS Office. Roles & Responsibilities: Collecting and compiling data from various sources such as databases, surveys, and secondary research materials. Fetching relevant companies from target industry verticals on a daily basis Fetching basic business card data of all contacts generated daily Analysing and interpreting data using statistical software, tools, and techniques. Assisting in the development of research methodologies and data collection instruments. Conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Creating reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Collaborating with project teams to support research and data analysis needs. Contributing to the development of new research ideas and initiatives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging research methods. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
