Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize in-store and online pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.

This is a full-time, hourly position, and hours of work and days are 40 hours per week, Thursday - Monday, 6:30AM - 3PM local time. (There may be some flexibility on Saturday / Sunday shifts once fully onboarded). Occasional evening, holidays, and/or extended hours may be required as job duties demand, but must be pre-approved in writing by manager.
Position Summary
Wiser is looking for a detail oriented, customer service centered, Data Quality Specialist to join our Data Validation Team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, be reliable, have a strong work ethic and an overall fun attitude. Your daily job will help our Fortune 500 clients make game-changing decisions!
Essential Functions

• Assess user submissions with precision and detail
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to users about their submissions
• Communicate with Sydney & US based teams to improve processes and resolve issues
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a professional environment
• Superior attention to detail and communication skills
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Able to learn new technology quickly
• Adhere to a high standard of excellence and quality
• Comfortable with regular use of Teams, Word, Excel and other software technologies
• Maintain consistent Wifi / Internet connectivity
• Ability to work productively, individually with minimal oversight as well as within a team
