Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that ensure the smooth execution of various projects. This role will play a pivotal role in spare part kit management, master data quality control, price control, and quotation follow-up and also supporting customer facing applications.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor, manage and analyse master data. Ensure high quality and integrity, implementing measurements to monitor data defects and enhance data accuracy

- Create, update, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

- Contribute to the successful execution of different types of projects, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness

- Oversee the maintenance and organization of spare part kits

- Proactively follow up on quotations, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely responses and competitive pricing

- Business Key-user role for customer facing applications: drive business improvements, providing internal trainings, coordinate enhancements, organize and approve tests and their implementations

- Interface between business and IT department for customer facing applications

Job Requirements:

Required skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related fields
• Relevant experience of 2-5 yrs.
• Very good analytical skills and strong IT mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and use advanced functions. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Prior experience in spare part kit management, master data quality control, and Special price control is a plus.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with CRM & SAP systems will be an added advantage.
