About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

InfoSec & Data Protection Officer (DPO) - Manager

to lead our information security, data protection, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring

6-7 years of experience

in information security and privacy, with strong expertise in IT systems, regulatory compliance, and data governance.

This is a high-visibility role ensuring that our information assets remain

secure, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices

Key Responsibilities

Information Security Management

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests. Monitor and resolve security incidents in a timely manner.

Data Protection & Compliance (DPO Role)

Act as the

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

in line with

GDPR, DPDP Act (India), and other global regulations

. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and frameworks (

ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.

). Manage DSARs, PIAs, and liaise with regulatory authorities as required.

IT & Security Integration

Collaborate with IT teams on secure infrastructure, network security, and access controls. Guide secure system design, cloud security, and data lifecycle management. Lead investigations of security incidents and breaches.

Governance, Risk & Training

Track and maintain compliance with security/privacy KPIs. Conduct security awareness & training programs for employees. Lead internal & external audits for InfoSec and data protection.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity

(Master's preferred).

6-7 years

of hands-on experience in information security & data protection. Strong knowledge of

GDPR, DPDP Act, HIPAA, and global privacy laws

. Expertise in

ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, CIS Controls

. Hands-on IT security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, cloud security, IAM). Preferred certifications:

CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CIPM, CIPP

. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: From ?170,000.00 per month
