Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Process claims accurately and efficiently, verifying policy coverage and calculating payable amounts. \xc2\xb7 Complete training in claims software and understand system features. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate data entry of bills and verification of details. \xc2\xb7 Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for claims processing. \xc2\xb7 Prioritize claims and stay updated on insurers\' protocols. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with customer service team regarding billing clarifications. \xc2\xb7 Identify and report potential fraudulent claims. \xc2\xb7 Maintain daily reports of processed claims. \xc2\xb7 Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of insurance products and industry developments. \xc2\xb7 Assist medical officers in responding to audit queries. Note: This role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills. Tamil Language Must Min 40 Years Only.
