Job Description

We are looking for a

Data Processing Executive

to support

PLC, FLC, healthcare form-based activities, and BPO processes

. This is a

target-driven, shift-based role

that requires high levels of accuracy, speed, and compliance with defined processes and turnaround times (TAT).

Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of experience

are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing & BPO Operations

Perform

PLC (Primary Level Check)

and

FLC (Final Level Check)

activities as per process guidelines. Accurately process

healthcare form-based data

, ensuring data completeness and correctness. Execute assigned

BPO data processing tasks

, including data entry, validation, verification, and corrections. Review and process high volumes of data while maintaining quality standards. Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues to the team lead or quality team when required.

Target & Productivity Management

Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets

. Maintain high accuracy while working in a

performance- and target-based environment

. Adhere to strict turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Quality, Compliance & Security

Follow

SOPs, client guidelines, and compliance standards

, especially for healthcare-related processes. Ensure

data confidentiality and information security

at all times. Participate in quality audits and implement feedback to improve performance.

Reporting & Team Coordination

Update productivity, accuracy, and work status reports regularly. Coordinate with team leaders, supervisors, and quality analysts to resolve operational issues. Be flexible to work in

rotational shifts (morning/night)

as per business needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

Good

data entry and data processing skills

Understanding of

PLC, FLC, healthcare form processing, and BPO operations

High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure in a

target-driven environment

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, data processing tools) Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

, including night shifts

Educational Qualifications

- Any Graduate

- Healthcare or BPO-related training/certification is an added advantage

Experience Requirements

Freshers welcome

1-2 years of experience

in data processing, BPO, healthcare processes, PLC/FLC preferred
