As Data solutioning & pre-sales consultant, you will be responsible for you will work closely with various internal stakeholders from various functions such as product development, sales and marketing and vertical delivery teams. Your job will include understanding the customer's data & analytic needs and pitching the appropriate solutions and services to them. You would own the pre-sales cycle by taking partner solutions & services to our customers along with solution architects.
Here's how you'll contribute:
You will contribute to the role by: Being responsible for end-to-end data & analytics deal process: from designing response structure to proposal defense while ensuring customer ask is addressed at every step of deliverable
Anchoring response to RFP/RFI/RFQ by working closely with Sales, Delivery, Practice teams
Driving customer conversations, engaging in strategic initiatives with senior-level clients including C-Suite executives
Keeping yourself up-to-date on the current trends and drivers, and building PoV for customers & prospects clearly articulating, economic, technological and business impacts on key business operations
Develop marketing collaterals and contribute on Data & Analytics Unit's brand building initiatives through blogs, whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives
Consultative mindset & thinking to help Sales team engage, sell, manage, and services customers
Broad technical background and experience in a variety of technologies and services such as Data engineering, visualization, AI/ML, low code & no code development, DevOPs, API based microservices architecture, integrations etc. will be beneficial.
Experience in similar/larger IT services companies in important.
Leading & mentoring small-sized teams.
Core Skills:
12-15 Years of experience in alliance role with minimum 5 years in Data & Analytics alliance and partner networks MBA with 8+ years of experience in any or all of the following: IT consulting, Data & Analytics, Business Development
Strong understanding of Analytics, AI and other Digital services. Knowledge of any of the following preferable: Power BI/Tableau, Data engineering, cloud analytics, AI/ML
Ability to understand client business objectives, align with the expectations and convert business requirements to suitable technical solution
Proficient in technical solution documentation and ability to coordinate & integrate solutions from multiple technology practices
Ability to do proposal writing, bid management, effort estimation, presentation, proposal defense with customer
Excellent Stakeholder Management skill - has to work with all function in organization; sales team, marketing team, technical team, commercial, corporate, client visit team etc.
Excellent presentation, communication, documentation skills, with strong Proficiency in MS Office skill
Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
Familiarity with Azure, AWS and GCP is desired
Prior experience of 3+ years in leading strategy and consulting engagements with customers in data & analytics transformations
