Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will assist with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the integration of systems and data models is seamless and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the data platform initiatives. You will engage in discussions to refine designs and address challenges, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with organizational goals and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in the design and implementation of data pipelines to support data integration and processing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and practices. - Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. - Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions and services. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
