Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation for implementing new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Develop innovative business process solutions. - Lead process improvement initiatives. - Conduct process assessments and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Google Cloud Data Services, Real Time Character Modeling. - Strong understanding of process modeling and analysis. - Experience in business process reengineering. - Knowledge of business process management tools. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
