Summary: As a Data Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the data platform blueprint, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, including Integration Architects and Data Architects, to create a cohesive data environment. You will engage in discussions to refine the architecture, address challenges, and ensure that the data platform meets the organization's needs. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and understanding. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data platform efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, AWS Glue. - Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with data integration techniques and tools. - Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
