As a Banking Payment Data Owner within the Data & Analytics team, you will lead efforts to ensure data quality, protection, and strategic use across our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful data solutions that drive business outcomes and customer experience.
Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans for product data delivery to support business objectives and analytics
• Provide subject matter expertise on product data and its business use
• Identify and document critical data scope, meaning, and metadata
• Support integration of data into analytics platforms for key projects
• Define and coordinate delivery of data quality requirements
• Develop and implement processes to monitor and mitigate data risks
• Manage compliance with Firmwide data integrity and protection standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Eight years of experience in a data-related role
• Experience managing delivery across multiple work streams
• Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes
• Technical knowledge of data management, governance, and data engineering
• Proven ability to consult on data best practices and resolve data quality issues
• Skilled in SQL and database technologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Master's degree
• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Teradata
• Skilled in cloud technologies such as AWS
• Knowledge of payments products, especially SMB Payments or retail banking
