Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when found.
Organize, store, and retrieve data as per company requirements.
Prepare and generate reports when required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
Assist in basic administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email).
Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus.
Previous experience in data entry / back-office work is a plus but not mandatory.
