Job Profile:-

The Data Controller at the Main Gate is responsible for managing, recording, and verifying all data related to access control and surveillance activities at the facility entrance.

The role ensures that entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials are properly authorized, recorded, and monitored to maintain a secure and controlled in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:-

Access Control Management

Verify and record details of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting through the main gate. Check and validate identification cards, gate passes, and authorization letters before granting access. Maintain accurate entry/exit logs in both manual registers and electronic systems.(SAP) Coordinate with security guards to ensure smooth flow of traffic and adherence to access protocols. Report unauthorized or suspicious entry attempts immediately to the Security Officer.

Data Recording & Documentation

Maintain daily records of visitors, contractors, staff, and vehicle movement.

Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Manage electronic access control systems (swipe cards, biometric logs, CCTV access records).

Prepare, weekly, and monthly gate access reports for review by the Security Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
