The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data entry, preparing and updating daily MIS (Management Information System) reports, and maintaining organized data records for effective reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data on a daily basis.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
Prepare and update daily MIS reports and dashboards as per the defined formats.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile data as needed.
Ensure data is backed up regularly and stored securely.
Identify and report data discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all organizational data.
Support management with data-related requests and reports as required.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any stream is preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in data entry or data management roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Familiarity with data management systems and MIS reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling MIS or operational data in a similar industry.
Working knowledge of ERP or database management systems.
