Ensure zero errors and high data accuracy.
B. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain digital & physical records in an organized manner.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Assist in document scanning, uploading, and file management.
C. System Operations
Operate computers, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP, or company-specific software.
Generate reports from systems/software when required.
Perform basic troubleshooting of data entry issues.
D. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with various departments to collect required data.
Support administrative tasks such as preparing letters, lists, and forms.
Provide timely information to supervisors/managers.
E. Quality & Compliance
Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies.
Check for duplicate or incorrect entries and correct them.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
4. Skills Required
Good typing speed (min 30-40 wpm preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
5. Qualification
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Computer course or diploma is an advantage.
6. Experience
0-3 years' experience in data entry or office computer operations.
