Effectively and accurately update client tax rates and frequencies in the appropriate database. Complete assigned project tasks and cases related to any client's data changes. Maintain and update cases in a timely manner, addressing any concerns and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners. Conduct an analysis of customer tax filing requirements needed for tax filing set-ups Ensure required legal and Payment Services forms are signed and filed with the appropriate authority. Prepare and file appropriate client tax agency EFT registrations, Federal E-file registrations, and reporting agent authorizations. Partner with Support and internal teams to update and maintain core customer profile data for existing customers. Ensure that all customer current period and prior period data is entered and balanced in the tax filing system (MasterTax) Accurate and timely capture of customer tax-ids, deposit frequencies, and employer specific tax rates with sufficient documentation to enable UKG to defend its actions with third parties without further contact from our customers. Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment Assists on data gathering support as needed. Must be able to manage in an organized, proactive, and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desirable case management, auditing, and Salesforce experience will be an added advantage. Demonstrated ability to organize work Attention to detail is a must 2-3 years related experience in client services, data management, or operations. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or comparable education and experience. Fundamental understanding of daily tools (Salesforce, MasterTax, MS Office, UKG Ready)
