Role: Data Operations Lead (DaaS)

Domain: US Residential Mortgage & Lending

Experience: 12+ years.

Mode: 100% Remote - India

Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Must-Have Skills

8-10+ years of experience

in data operations and data management within the

US residential mortgage / lending domain

Strong understanding of the

US mortgage loan lifecycle

(origination, servicing, delinquency, foreclosure) Hands-on experience managing

mortgage data from servicers, originators, and third-party vendors

Proven ownership of

data operations

, including production data support and incident management Extensive experience with

data integration, ETL / ELT processes, and data pipeline management

Strong expertise in

SQL

and working with

enterprise data warehouses

Experience with

cloud data platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) Deep knowledge of

data quality management

, including validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis Hands-on experience implementing

data governance, data security, and privacy controls

Proven ability to

lead and manage data operations teams

, including stakeholder communication and escalation handling
