CTC: 10,000 - 15,000
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Helping the retention team at Nova in handling the data of the clients
- Do a sanity check of the data we receive from the insurers
- Help in analyzing the claims report and preparing the RFP
- Getting the necessary documents from different teams and the insurers
- Creating the closing slips and handovers on Zoho
- Coordinating with various stakeholders in the company
External Skills And Expertise
Job Requirement
You\'re awesome at:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications, knowledge about Zoho would be a bonus
- Prior experience is data operations role would be an added advantage
- Excellent communications skills
